Please complete the application form to complete your Childs enrollment. The application fee for private school is $206 due upon completion of this form. Your application will not be received or processed unless the application fee is paid via online payment at the end of this form. Full time spots are prioritized for attendance offerings.

Program information

Ages 2 - 6
Program day runs from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. 

2 day program Tuesday and Thursdays
3 day program Monday Wednesday and Friday
5 day program Monday to Friday

Ages 6 - 9 Elementary
Program day runs from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. 
5 day program Monday to Friday
